Periscope Naval Architects is centred around the experience of Director and Project Naval Architect Shaun Phelps. Shaun’s diverse experience in the design and construction of luxury and commercial vessels spans two decades. During this time, Shaun has had the opportunity to work for some of Australia’s most respected and awarded designers and shipbuilders, including Jutson, Austal, Sea Transport and the iconic Oceanfast.
With projects delivered from concept through handover comprising monohulls and multihulls, displacement and high speed, luxury and commercial, Shaun has covered the gamut of new vessel construction in shipyards both here in Australia and the muddy waters of China and South East Asia.
